As we make our way to Taif, we will stop by Al Rudaf Park, a family park that is a popular spot for locals.

Stop At: Taif’s Heart Mall, 7565 Abu Bakr As Siddiq Shubra, Taif 21944 Saudi Arabia
Our next stop in Taif will be Taif’s Heart Mall, the city’s first major shopping center. The mall features a Panda supermarket, an Extra electronic store, a food court, and multiple other shops. Initially, only women were allowed to enter, but now the mall is open to everyone.

We will pass by Jouri Mall, a 5-star shopping center that has elevated Taif’s shopping scene.
Stop At: Shafa Mountains, Taif 26765 Saudi Arabia
Next, we will head to Shafa Mountains, the highest mountain in the region. The mountain is accessible by paved roads, and we will visit the 10,000-square-meter Daka Mountain Park located at the peak. Visitors can enjoy stunning views of the local mountain range, ride camels and 4WD sand buggies, dine on street food, and stay at basic resorts.

We will drive by Taif Zoo, a kid-friendly attraction that features elephants, zebras, and other animals. (We can stop as per request)
Stop At: Shubra Palace, 7881 Shubra, Taif Saudi Arabia
Our next stop will be Shubra Palace, a beautiful palace built in 1905 on the orders of Sharif Ali Pasha. The palace is now a museum that showcases the city’s history and culture. King Abdul Aziz used to stay here, and the palace was later the residence of King Faisal.

Our final stop will be the city of Taif itself. Located less than 100 kilometers from Makkah but at 1800 meters of altitude, Taif is a valley on the eastern side of the Hejaz mountains. It is situated at the crossroads of two of the most important historical roads of the Arabian Peninsula: the frankincense road that originated in Yemen more than 3000 years ago and the pilgrimage road to Makkah.
