• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Waiting one hour are allowed in Madinah Airport. 70 SR waiting charges would be charged for one extra hour.
• If your flight is delayed, send an email/message to your driver to check their availability. An overtime surcharge will apply
• Please make another booking if the number of luggage is more than the suggested
